Popular blogger and techpreneur, Moses Kemibaro is now the Director of Sales at InMobi Africa, the mobile ads company, joining Isis Nyong’o.
Moses shocked people in the techspace when he decided to leave Dottsavvy Africa for Dealfish (a South African owned classifieds outfit). By the time he left, Dealfish is now second by way of traffic in the region boasting over 85,000 classifieds.
There was a lot of talk – in fact I found out about his leaving much later (about a month ago), when a nasty blogger posted some very derogatory analysis about his leaving. I remember calling Moses from the airport asking how much of it is true (the leaving part, not the obvious nonesense that said blogger is known for).
Yesterday, he told the truth in true blogger fashion about his exit and announced his immediate plans.
I wish him the very best as he takes up what on reflection, I believe is the right job for him.
